How can I track my order?
Simply log in and click on the "Order Tracking" menu. You'll need to enter your order number and your Gmail address.
What shipping options are there?
We have three options depending on weight and price: standard shipping is 4.99 (varies by shipping location) up to 1 product, and once over 10kg, standard shipping is 9.99 for orders over 2 products. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Can I change the shipping address if I've already placed the order?
No, because the shipping label has been created, but in this case we could talk to the delivery company if they could do anything.

It's not necessary, we'll send you a gmail when your order is close to its final destination.
Can the item come in poor condition?
We pay attention to even the smallest details of our products, but the local delivery company handles shipping. If the item arrives in poor condition, you can request an exchange without any problem.

If a product has not been useful to you or you did not like it, you have a 14-day return guarantee if the item is in good condition.
